Who we are
Vollisense is operated by Ravar Sports Ltd. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact us at privacy@vollisense.app.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone, avatar and sign-in provider.
- Play data: bookings, matches, scores, league entries and player ratings.
- Camera data: VolliCam clips and derived shot statistics from courts you play on.
- Commerce data: shop orders, returns and wallet transactions.
- Technical data: device, approximate location and usage analytics (with consent).
Why we use it
To run bookings and leagues, produce your analytics and highlights, process payments, keep the platform secure, and — only if you opt in — to send you marketing. Our legal bases are contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation and consent.

When you delete your account we remove your data immediately, except records we must keep for tax, accounting or fraud-prevention duties.
Sharing
We share data with processors who run the service for us: hosting and database, payments (Stripe), the Shopify store powering Ravar orders, and email/SMS delivery. We never sell your data.
Your rights
- Access and portability — download everything from your profile.
- Erasure — delete your account and data from your profile.
- Rectification — edit your profile details at any time.
- Objection and withdrawal of consent — toggle analytics and marketing in Privacy choices.
- Complaint — you can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
Manage all of this in your profile.
Children
Accounts are for people aged 16 or over. Junior players are managed through a parent or club account.
