Terms of Service

You must be 16 or over and give accurate details. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

A booking is a contract between you and the club. Club cancellation windows and no-show rules apply and are shown before you pay. Refunds follow the club's policy; where a club cancels, you receive a full refund to your original payment method or wallet.

Entry fees are set by the league owner. Results, ratings and standings are produced from submitted scores and attestations. League owners may remove players who breach league rules; we may remove leagues that breach these terms.

Courts fitted with VolliCam record play. By playing on a recorded court you agree that clips of your match may be captured, processed for analytics and shared with other players in that match. You can request deletion of clips featuring you.

Wallet balances are prepaid credit for use on Vollisense. They are not a bank deposit, earn no interest, and are not transferable between accounts. Withdrawal requests are reviewed before payout.

Ravar orders are fulfilled through our Shopify store. Statutory returns and refund rights apply; details are shown at checkout.

No abuse, harassment, cheating, score manipulation, scraping, or attempts to break the platform. We may suspend accounts that do these things.

Sport carries risk; you play at your own risk and clubs remain responsible for their facilities. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app, and continued use after the notice period means you accept them.
